As a product design leader with 15+ years of experience, I help global organizations build high-performing digital ecosystems by blending human-centered design, AI innovation, and data-driven insights. My approach consistently accelerates product velocity and user adoption through continuous discovery, agile prototyping, and strategic alignment with business goals. 

From enterprise platforms to GenAI tools and PropTech onboarding, my work aims to improve lives and experiences at scale — from 740 Citibank branches to 22,000 employees at Kenvue, or millions of users on Caesars’ gaming apps.  

HOW I LEAD

Product Strategy 
I ground every product direction in real user behavior and AI-enhanced discovery. By combining agile UX research with tools like FullStory, Tableau, and HotJar, I map opportunity areas that connect user intent to measurable business outcomes. I champion "continuous onboarding" and real-time listening loops — activating micro-moments that build trust and retention.

Example: At Caesars, I redesigned onboarding flows based on anxiety touchpoints, redefined their visual taxonomy, and drove an 11% reduction in abandonment by integrating in-sprint usability testing and data-backed banner redesigns. 

COMMUNICATION

I translate complex systems into shared visions. Whether facilitating sketching ideation sessions with engineers or aligning with C-level stakeholders, I foster clarity and focus. My process includes live co-design, service blueprints, and interactive prototypes that demystify AI and data flows. 

At Kenvue, I led a cross-functional team to build a GenAI-powered HR platform, guiding 22k employees globally through SMART goal generation using structured prompts and performance data. I bridged business language with design sprints to launch in just 4 months. 

LEADERSHIP

I build teams that lead with curiosity, humility, and execution. I mentor designers to own decisions, expand their skillsets, and thrive in hybrid, remote-first cultures. As a director, I've scaled multi-disciplinary teams (20+ designers) across verticals from healthcare and fintech to proptech and e-commerce, driving sustained engagement and revenue impact.

DESIGN EXCELENCE

Design excellence starts with listening — to users, data, and teams. I bring deep expertise in information architecture, microinteractions, accessibility, and system design. My work spans AI-enhanced UX, enterprise data tools, and onboarding flows with built-in nudges and behavior models. 

From building custom tab navigation for Kenvue’s R&D teams to refining internal data portals that supported a 255% search increase, my focus remains on clear, scalable solutions that respect user context and increase long-term product health.
