CAESARS

Caesars Entertainment – Redesigning Onboarding to Drive User Activation

As Senior Product Designer on Caesars’ Growth team, I led a redesign of the onboarding experience across four major gaming apps—Caesars Sportsbook, Caesars Palace Casino, Horseshoe Casino, and William Hill Sportsbook. Using FullStory, Tableau, and empathy mapping, I uncovered a 30% drop-off due to user confusion around the welcome offer redemption process.

I introduced a new visual taxonomy, contextual welcome banners, and a redesigned communication system using contrasting color tokens within the Caesars Design System. Testing via Usertesting confirmed that users needed faster, more recognizable offer guidance and reassurance at anxiety points—especially when entering personal data.

My research into login/relogin patterns revealed 10+ daily interactions during onboarding—a key opportunity to deliver real-time feedback loops instead of outdated surveys. This insight led to a new strategy of micro-moment communications, reframing the user relationship with timely, relevant prompts that improve trust and retention.

Result: an 11% reduction in abandonment, elevated stakeholder confidence, and a scalable onboarding framework deployed across multiple brands.

KENVUE

Designing AI-Powered Tools for Global HR and Enterprise Data Access

At Kenvue, I led the design of two mission-critical platforms supporting over 22,000 global employees: a Generative AI-based Goal Setting Assistant for HR performance reviews and a redesigned ProductVue enterprise data portal used by R&D, marketing, and sales teams.

For the AI-powered HR tool, I partnered with a multidisciplinary team to prototype and launch a live web app that uses structured prompts and OKR alignment to help employees create SMART goals. This reduced friction in Workday reviews, increased adoption across regions, and strengthened team alignment around corporate objectives. My role involved rapid iteration cycles, stakeholder alignment, and translating non-designer input into actionable interface patterns.

In parallel, I redesigned ProductVue, Kenvue’s internal platform for accessing product and ingredient data. I introduced reusable tab navigation components, improved advanced search UX, and redesigned product cards to prioritize high-scan information. As a result, we saw a 255% increase in search activity and a 165% jump in engagement time from January to October 2024.

From AI and human-centered coaching apps to internal enterprise platforms, this work exemplifies my ability to translate complex goals into intuitive systems that drive global adoption and performance at scale.

EASYKNOCK

Scaling Sales Through Better Onboarding & Sales Enablement

As Director of Product Design at PropTech startup EasyKnock, I led a dual redesign of their customer onboarding flow and sales enablement platform to address conversion bottlenecks and operational inefficiencies.

After improving the onboarding UI with smarter question logic and motion-enhanced interactions, the number of qualified leads increased dramatically. However, this success overwhelmed the sales pipeline, which relied on a semi-manual process involving long phone calls and ad-hoc follow-ups.

To streamline the workflow, I led the design of a sales enablement tool tailored to different agent profiles (associate, pro, soft-skill focused). I created personas and journey maps, analyzed recorded sales calls (via Gong), and surfaced insights around UI overload and cognitive friction. My solution included a step-by-step interface with alert logic, allowing new agents to confidently guide deals with less ramp-up time.

The redesigned tool cut average call time by nearly 50%, helped onboard new sales agents faster, and was validated through testing across three agent tiers. This work reflects my ability to connect CX, sales ops, and service design to deliver business-ready solutions that scale human performance.

LEADERSHIP

I build teams that lead with curiosity, humility, and execution. I mentor designers to own decisions, expand their skillsets, and thrive in hybrid, remote-first cultures. As a director, I've scaled multi-disciplinary teams (20+ designers) across verticals from healthcare and fintech to proptech and e-commerce, driving sustained engagement and revenue impact.

At Infor managed a 20+ person team across healthcare, hospitality, finance, and government, driving digital transformation for Fortune 500 clients. Pictured here is the team for the Brooklyn Nets half-court AI assistant demo that we created for Inforum at the Javits Center in NYC.
